For Sellers:

Anyone placing a item up for bid on the Lynnvillein.org auction site, agrees to pay Lynnvillein.org a fee according to the current fee schedule.

I also agree that the items I place up for bid are in the condition as I have described them.

I also agree that I have placed any terms and conditions on the purchase of the item that I want on the item when I post it.

Things to check before posting an item for sale:
Description of Item - e-mail image if it is to reside on our site.
Closing Date and time of Auction.  Currently limited to 30 days.
Payment Methods.
Shipping Available.
Price of Item
Reserve Price of Item
Starting Bid - Since our minimum fee is $5.00, don't start less than this.
Increment of bidding - not less than $1.00 please.

For Buyers:

Understand that the contract to purchase an item is valid if you bid.  This contract is between the seller and buyer.  Lynnvillein.org does not have any control over the condition or merchantability of items listed.  If you have any questions about the item, there will be a link on the item page for you to contact the seller or you can post a question to the seller and when answered, both the question and answers will show on the item page for everyone else to see.
