Auction Fee Schedule

Minimum fee is $5.00 if item is sold. 

Minimum fee is $3.00 if you have a reserve price on the item and it does not get a bid meeting the reserve price and you decide not to sell.  If you sell, the fees quoted below apply.

No fee if your item does not sell and you don't have a reserve price.  We will send you a payment request at the conclusion of the auction on your item.

We will donate 50% of your paid fee to any Church listed on the Church page or to any Organization listed on the lynnvillein.org organizations page.  Just send us an e-mail and let us know which Church or Organization you would like to donate to.  If your Church or Organization is not listed, contact us about getting them on.

If the entire proceeds of your auction go to a Church or Organization listed on lynnvillein.org, then we will waive the Auction Fee completely.  Please contact us before placing items up for bid if first time your group has participated.

A fee of $5.00 for Lynnvillein.org to take digital picture of item if item is brought to us or the item can be viewed within 15 miles of Lynnville In., for other locations, contact us.  This fee will also be waived if entire proceeds of Auction Item go to a Church or Organization listed on the Lynnvillein.org pages.   If you have multiple items, additional item pictures can be taken at same time for $1.00 each.  Contact us before placing item up for auction so we can schedule picture and have it available when you put your item up for bid.  Pictures really help sell items!!!
